Production steps:
Step 1: soak soybeans all night.
Step 2: put soybeans and water into soymilk machine.
Step 3: choose "pure fragrant soybean milk" and start making soybean milk.
Step 4: after the soymilk is cooked, filter and pour into a large bowl.
Step 5: pour the white vinegar water into the soymilk, stir it with a spoon, and let the bean flower precipitate for 5-10 minutes.

Step 7: spread a steamer cloth and pour in the bean curd.

Materials required:
Soybeans: 100g
Water: 1000 ml
White vinegar water: 50g (white vinegar: water = 1:4)
Note: 1, the amount of white vinegar water should not be too much, otherwise tofu will have sour taste, I used 150 grams of white vinegar water to make it a little sour, but it can still be eaten. 2. I found that the weight of the bowl of water was not enough. At last, I pressed it hard with both hands for several times. If there was no heavy object, I could press it with my hands. 3. 100 grams of soybeans can't make much tofu. The tofu in the photo is a seasoning plate with the diameter of only the palm of the hand. 4. Bean curd will leave a small bowl of bean dregs, which can be used to make steamed bread, cakes, Wotou and other food.
