Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients, kill and clean the abalone, and chop the garlic
Step 2: boil water in the steamer and add abalone after boiling. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes. Steam for 3 minutes.
Step 3: adjust the sauce while steaming abalone, heat the oil in a cold pan, stir fry the garlic, turn down the heat, add the soy sauce, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Step 4: pour the sauce onto the abalone with a small spoon and put it on a plate.
