Production steps:
Step 1: put all the ingredients except butter into the chef's VAT in turn, including sugar, salt, eggs, milk powder, high gluten flour, yeast powder and milk
Step 2: cook machine 3 start kneading, knead until the dough is smooth, add softened butter, then knead
Step 3: knead the dough to the complete stage, pull out the film and poke a hole to see if the edge of the broken hole is smooth
Step 4: knead the dough into the basin, basic fermentation, fermentation temperature is about 35 degrees
Step 5: squeeze the fermented dough out of the air, knead the dough round and let it wake up at room temperature for 15 minutes. After waking up for 15 minutes, roll the dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle about the width of the toast mold, sprinkle honey beans evenly and roll it up
Step 6: fold the dough down and put it into the bottom of the toast box
Step 7: put the toast box at 38 ℃ and 85% humidity for final fermentation. When the head of the fermentation group reaches the toast box 9 minutes full, put it into the oven preheated at 170 ℃ for about 20 minutes
Step 8: after baking, demould the toast while it's hot. Put the toast on the cooling rack and cool it to the same temperature as the palm of the hand
