Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: slice tofu, ginger and garlic, soak Auricularia auricula and chop scallion. Chop pickled peppers. Slice lean meat and marinate with salt, chicken essence, pepper and starch for 10 minutes.
Step 2: fry the tofu until golden on both sides, and set aside. Stir fry the lean meat until discolored. Set aside.
Step 3: heat some oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add Auricularia auricula, stir fry until eight mature.
Step 4: add pickled pepper and bean paste to stir fry the red oil, add the fried tofu and stir fry for several times, add appropriate amount of broth, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate and pepper to stir fry evenly.
Step 5: when the soup is about to dry, put in the fried meat slices, add the lake powder, stir fry evenly, and pour with sesame oil.
