Braised noodles with lentil

Braised noodles with lentil

Introduction:

Braised noodles with lentils

Production steps:

Step 1: make a proper amount of noodles, wash the lentils and break them into small pieces (I bought ordinary beans before I bought lentils), cut garlic into foam, cut Thai pepper into pieces (I don't like it, but I can change it into chili oil when I get out of the pot), and cut green onion into pieces (because my family doesn't eat green onion, it's better to sprinkle a lot of green onion and garlic before I get out of the pot)

Step 2: heat the oil in the pan, stir fry the pork, put thirteen spices after changing color

Step 3: after the meat is fried with oil, add lentils and stir fry. Stir fry until it is raw. Add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of sugar and continue to stir fry

Step 4: stir fry the lentils until the skin is wrinkled. Let go and take out one tablespoon of lentils, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and continue to stir fry

Step 5: after coloring evenly, put in water instead of lentils (here I put 720 grams of noodles in a basin of water as shown in the figure below)

Step 6: bring to a boil and pour out the soup

Step 7: start paving. I'm paving separately. Pour some soup on one layer and then pour some soup on the other layer

Step 8: until the soup has just been poured in, add green onion, garlic and Thai pepper, add 2 spoonfuls of salt, cover the pot and cook over low heat for 7,8 minutes. Pay attention not to stick to the edge of the pot when paving, otherwise it will stick to the pot

Step 9: when the soup is about to dry, stretch the noodles with chopsticks, sprinkle a little garlic and mix well (at this time, friends who like scallion can sprinkle a lot of scallion and garlic and mix well), until the soup is dry, sprinkle sesame oil and mix well

Step 10: when eating, you can put some vinegar and chili oil according to your personal preference, OK!
