Coconut Sago
Introduction:
"Sago, also known as sago rice, is the most traditional starch extracted from the pith of sago coconut trees and made by hand. Production steps:
Step 1: 3 pieces of sago (by hand), coconut juice, fruit and sugar. .
Step 2: wash and soak the sago for 5 minutes, then drain
Step 3: put half a pot of water in the pot to boil, add sago and stir while boiling to prevent sticking (it's better to cook in a casserole, which can be directly stewed later, saving gas and worry)
Step 4: turn off the heat after simmering, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
Step 5: open the lid again and see that the sago is almost cooked, only a little white.
Step 6: add a cup of water and bring to a boil for another 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Step 7: after 20 minutes, open the lid and see that it is fully cooked.
Step 8: take out the cooked sago and soak it in a large bowl of cold boiled water. Drain and set aside.
Step 9: add some sugar to the bowl.
Step 10: add the right amount of coconut powder.
Step 11: add boiling water to make coconut juice.
Step 12: take the right amount of cooked sago, pour it into coconut juice and stir it evenly. When eating, add your favorite fruit or jam (if you like cold, put it in the refrigerator for freezing)
