Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the required raw materials.
Step 2: wash the pumpkin and slice it. Put it in the microwave oven and heat it for 3 minutes. Take it out and press it into mud while it is hot (I added some water to make the mud a little thin, so it weighs 200 grams).
Step 3: separate the egg white and yolk, add 10g white sugar into the yolk and mix well, then add 30g corn oil in batches and mix well.
Step 4: add pumpkin puree and mix well.
Step 5: add the sifted low powder, gently cut and mix until there are no dry powder particles in the batter, and set aside. (cutting and mixing is just like frying vegetables. Never circle it.)
Step 6: beat the egg white at low speed until it is thick and bubbly, then add 25g white sugar (I added a little Tata powder in the sugar) three times, beat the egg white at medium speed and then at high speed until it is slightly dry, that is, lift the beater, and the egg white is straight and small triangle. Finally, stir at low speed for about 1 minute to make the protein smooth without obvious bubbles.
Step 7: add one third of the protein to the pumpkin batter, mix well, then return to the rest of the protein batter, gently cut and mix to form a cake batter.
Step 8: after the pressure cooker is powered on, press the "nutritious rice" key, and then select the "cake" function. At this time, the display time on the control panel is 40 minutes. The "cake" function indicator continues to be on, and the pressure cooker begins to heat.
Step 9: the preheating time is 2 minutes. At this time, the time on the control panel has changed from 40 minutes to 38 minutes. At this time, the machine will give out a "beep" to prompt that the preheating is completed.
Step 10: open the lid, put the cake into the preheated inner tank, and put almond slices on the surface of the cake paste.
Step 11: when the box is in place, the pressure cooker enters the "cake" cooking process, and the time displayed on the control panel is counted back to 32 minutes. (I'm a little slow. It took me six minutes.)
Step 12: when the time is 32 minutes to 0, the cooking program ends, the function indicator light of "cake" is off, the "heat preservation" indicator light is on, and the machine will prompt "beep". At this time, the control panel displays the time of heat preservation (5 hours), and starts to enter the timing, and then the delicious cake can be opened and enjoyed.
Step 13: open the cover and take out the cake. The color is very beautiful. It keeps the bright yellow color of pumpkin 100%. In the whole process, you don't need to stay by the side, and you don't need to worry about baking. It's very convenient.
