Steamed buns stuffed with lentils
Introduction:
"Baozi is a popular food, with lentils and pork as stuffing and northeast sauce as seasoning. It tastes surprisingly good. You might as well have a try. "
Production steps:
Step 1: 1 jin flour, add yeast, baking powder, stir well. Add 30 degrees warm water and noodles. The hardness of noodles is harder than that of dumplings and pancakes. Rub well and cover the hair with a damp cloth for about 15 minutes.
Step 2: if the dough is twice as big as the original one, it will be considered as good. A clap with your hand will make a "bang bang" sound.
Step 3: wash the lentils, blanch them in boiling water, cool them in the air and cut them into pieces.
Step 4: stir in minced ginger, soy sauce and pork. Add sesame oil and chicken essence. Put it on one side of the container. Put the cut lentils on the other side, stir the lentils with cooking oil, and then stir with minced meat. In this way, the water in the lentils will not flow out. It tastes tender and juicy.
Step 5: pluck the dough into a goose egg sized powder and roll it into buns. After packing, put it on the chopping board for ten minutes, and then steam it in the drawer for about 15 minutes.
Step 6: after turning off the heat, the steamed buns should be "stewed" in the pot for 2-3 minutes, and then out of the pot.
