Production steps:
Step 1: wash the inside and outside of the pork tripe (it's easier to wash it with flour, salt, etc.) and slice ginger for use;
Step 2: Boil the water in the pot and blanch the pork tripe;
Step 3: blanch and wash again;
Step 4: prepare water in the pot and put it into the pork tripe. The water should be able to submerge the pork tripe, and add ginger slices to the pork tripe to boil;
Step 5: boil and simmer for 1 hour until chopsticks can be easily poked in;
Step 6: take out the pork tripe, cut it in half and put it into the container;
Step 7: pour the bittern into the container containing pig's belly and immerse the pig's belly;
Step 8: seal and refrigerate until delicious, about 4-6 hours;
Step 9: take out the pig's belly, cut it into shreds, and put it on the plate with the white and tender side facing up.
