Homemade chopped pepper
Introduction:
"This is the chopped pepper made by myself last summer. It's a little spicy and fresh when cooking."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: don't go to the pedicel first, in order to avoid water hard to dry.
Step 3: wash and dry the pepper and remove the pedicels.
Step 4: cut the dried pepper into pieces. (the cutting board must be washed and dried)
Step 5: Chop garlic and ginger.
Step 6: put all the chopped chili, garlic and ginger into a large basin.
Step 7: add the right amount of salt. (added 2 spoonfuls of salt)
Step 8: add sugar. (added a spoonful of sugar)
The ninth step: add a tablespoon of Baijiu.
Step 10: put on disposable gloves and stir evenly.
Step 11: put it into a clean and dry bottle, compact and seal it.
Step 12: choose fresh millet pepper, super spicy.
