Production steps:
Step 1: main raw materials: chicken legs and glutinous rice. (glutinous rice should be soaked in advance)

Step 8: mix well.

Step 10: load the mixed glutinous rice chicken material.
Step 11: after all filling, put cold water into the pot, steam over high heat for about half an hour until cooked, turn off the heat and keep a little stuffy for a while. Open the lid and sprinkle with scallion.
