Braised Pleurotus eryngii with chicken wings and cola

Braised Pleurotus eryngii with chicken wings and cola

Introduction:

"I'm used to cooking three dishes, one meat dish, one stir fried dish and a small plate of hot green vegetables every two days. I add a soup every two days. It's a lazy thing to repeat every day. Coke and chicken wings are my lazy works. The ingredients are simple, easy to operate and the most important thing is to add apricot and abalone mushrooms to make side dishes (because BF likes to eat) today. It tastes good."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare chicken wings for repeated cleaning with water

Step 2: if there is hair on the skin, you can use small tweezers to pull it out, and use a knife to draw a few lines on the back of the chicken wings, which is convenient to taste

Step 3: marinate chicken wings with cooking wine, oil consumption, a little salt, five spice powder, onion and ginger for about 10 minutes (this step can also be omitted, but stew a little more, otherwise the meat inside will not taste good)

Step 4: prepare half Pleurotus eryngii

Step 5: cut the Pleurotus eryngii into hob pieces. If possible, put it in the microwave oven for two minutes. Because Pleurotus eryngii has high moisture content and is not easy to ripen, first force out the moisture and then let it fully absorb. The taste of cola juice will be better, or you can fry it in oil first

Step 6: pour proper amount of oil into the pot and heat it up

Step 7: control the water in the chicken wings or absorb the water with kitchen paper towel, put them into the oil pan one by one, fry the skin and open the medium heat downward

Step 8: Fry one side until golden, then turn over and continue to cut

Step 9: put ginger, garlic and pepper (add according to your own situation) into the pot and stir fry with chicken wings twice

Step 10: pour in half a bottle of coke (the amount of coke is mainly determined by the amount of chicken wings) which has just passed the chicken wings

Step 11: put the Pleurotus eryngii into the stir fry for two times, bring to a boil over high heat, and then turn to simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes

Step 12: because the gas of each pot is different, it is suggested that people should not leave the pot to keep it dry. When the soup is half taken away, open the lid of the pot, open the fire and take in the soup. Add a spoonful of sugar. If the taste is heavy, you can add some salt. I don't think it's just salty

Step 13: after the juice is dried, put the chicken wings on the plate and pour the soup (my photo is not beautiful, but it tastes really good)
