Step 1: 1. Wash and peel the pumpkin, steam it and mash it. 2. Pumpkin paste, flour, add a little yeast, knead into dough fermentation. 3. Soak mushrooms and chop them. Chop carrots. Soak the dough in warm water and chop it.

Step 2: 4. Mix all materials evenly, add refined salt and stir. Drizzle with sesame oil. 5. Knead the dough, cut it into small cakes, roll it with a rolling pin, and pack in the stuffing.

Step 3: 6. Let the steamed bun stand for 10 minutes, steam it and serve

Materials required:

Flour: 2 teaspoons

Pumpkin puree: 4 teaspoons

Yeast: a little

Mushroom: 2

Carrot: Half Root

Egg: 1

Vermicelli: a little

Sesame oil: a little

Refined salt: a little

Note: I do it specially for my baby, so the fillings are fine and the seasonings are less. About an hour is enough for the dough.
