Production steps:
Step 1: soak the glutinous rice in water for more than 4 hours, then turn it into foam. Then steam for about 30 minutes or in an electric cooker. After out of the pot, disperse and cool. In this process, when the temperature is about 35 ℃, add sweet wine (koji), mix well.
Step 2: put the dried glutinous rice into the container (pay attention not to have any oil stains), seal it tightly with plastic film and put it in a place with high temperature for 2-3 days.
Step 3: Daqu from supermarket. It's very cheap.
Step 4: wait for the rice wine to precipitate, there are bubbles on the surface.
