Liren Township

Liren town is located in the northwest of Renshou County, Chengdu Plain. The township has 15815 people, covering an area of 29 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over five villages and 38 economic societies.

In March 2017, according to the spirit of Sichuan Provincial People's government's reply on approving Dongpo District and Renshou County of Meishan City to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships (Chuanfu civil affairs No. 4), Yuantong Township, Liren Township and NongWang township of Renshou County were set up as towns.

Basic information

Liren township of Renshou County is located in the northwest of Renshou County, in Chengdu Plain, with obvious location advantages and relatively perfect infrastructure. It is adjacent to Huangfeng town of Pengshan County and Tudi township of Dongpo District. Renshou Shigao economic development zone and Xingsheng furniture park have obviously promoted the rapid development of Liren industry. there are 15815 people in the township, covering an area of 29 square kilometers. Historical evolution

Xinmin Township was established in 1951, Xinmin commune was changed in 1958, Liren commune was renamed in 1981, and Liren township was changed in 1983. in March 2017, according to the spirit of Sichuan Provincial People's government's reply on approving Dongpo District and Renshou County of Meishan City to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships (Chuanfu civil affairs No. 4), Yuantong Township, Liren Township and NongWang township of Renshou County were set up as towns. Liren township was abolished and Liren town was established. The administrative region of Liren township was the administrative region of Liren Town, and the people's Government of the town was located in Hongtang community.

Hongtang village is located along the Huaqing line, covering an area of 9.4 square kilometers, with 9 economic communities, 1120 households, a total population of 3387, and 3996 mu of arable land. Mainly agriculture, fishery and citrus industry. Duoyinguan Huaqing Road is 2350 meters long, with village road and gravel road. Among them, Hongtang village is 2700 meters long. Two communities benefit 160 households with a population of 685 (including one community in Xinyi village, 50 households and 200 people). There is no settlement of more than 50 people in the village. The current industry of the village is mainly traditional agriculture, and most of the village roads have been hardened. In terms of pipeline engineering facilities, there are nine transformers supplying power to the whole village. Tap water is not popularized in the whole village, and wells are dug by households. At present, there are 130 biogas digesters, mainly gas tanks. In terms of communication, the popularity of wired telephone is relatively high.

Introduction to Xinyi Village

Xinyi village is located in the northeast of Liren Township, with 6 economic communities, 798 households and a total population of 2800. The area of cultivated land is 3425 mu. The current industry of the village is mainly traditional agriculture and aquaculture. Most of the village roads have been hardened. In terms of pipeline engineering facilities, there are five transformers in the village to supply power to the whole village, and well water is used in the whole village. There are 702 biogas digesters at present, with a high utilization rate. In terms of communication, the popularization rate of wired telephone is 50%.

Introduction to Luojia Village

Luojia village, located in the northwest of Liren Township, governs five economic communities with a total population of 2454 and 701 households. The cultivated land area is 2991 mu, and the current industry of the village is mainly traditional agriculture and citrus planting; on the road condition, some of them are cement pavement. In terms of pipeline engineering facilities, the village has five transformers with capacity of 50KVA and 100kVA, which supply power to the village. The village uses deep wells to take water. The utilization rate of biogas digester is 50%. In terms of communication, the cable phone has been connected.

Huajiao village is located in the central and southern part of Liren Township, which governs 8 economic communities with a total population of 3283 and 1018 households. The area of cultivated land is 3748 mu. The current industries of the village are mainly wheat, rice, corn and aquaculture. There is a county-level cultural relics protection unit arch bridge. In terms of road conditions, 50% of village roads have been hardened. There are three settlements with more than 50 people in the village, including 291 households and 1126 people; in terms of road condition, 7km road surface has been hardened.
