Step 1: wash the chilli and remove the chilli seeds
Step 2: mince the meat and corn, put them into a bowl, add starch, salt, five spice powder, soy sauce and water for ten minutes
Step 3: put the meat in the hot pepper
Step 4: heat the oil in the pan, turn down the heat and fry the side of the chilli meat first. The chilli changes color. Turn it over and fry for 1 minute. Cover the pan with proper amount of water and cover it for 5 minutes. Stir in oyster sauce and start the pan

Starch: 50g
Salt: right amount
Five spice powder: appropriate amount
Soy sauce: moderate
Note: be careful when frying chili, corn will come out.
