Yipinxiang spicy chicken

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 3: put the washed chicken into a cold water pot, add cooking wine, pepper, ginger, star anise, Sannai, cinnamon, baikou, boil over low heat, turn off the heat 15 minutes later, take out and soak in cold water for 5 minutes.

Step 9: put all sesame oil in the bowl into the plate with chicken, then pour in proper amount of homemade chili oil, and finally sprinkle with cooked peanuts.

Star anise: a little

Cinnamon: a little

Sannai: a little

White button: a little

15 fragrance: appropriate amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Ginger: a little (chopped)

Garlic: a little (chopped)

Dry red pepper: 30g (cut into sections)

Pepper powder: right amount

Homemade chili oil: right amount

Cooked sesame: 1 tsp

Scallion Festival: moderate

Soy sauce: moderate

Seasoning salt: a little
