Production steps:
Step 1: prepare raw materials: black sesame 200g, glutinous rice 100g, wolfberry 10, rock sugar.
Step 2: soak the glutinous rice in water, and wash the black sesame seeds in a sieve (it's better to use a sieve with very fine mesh, if not, wrap it in a gauze bag).
Step 3: put the drained black sesame into the pot and stir fry over low heat.

Note: 1, about fried black sesame this step I suggest not to omit it as far as possible. I have tried to beat black sesame paste directly with raw black sesame, but I don't think it is fragrant with fried black sesame. When frying sesame, pay attention to small fire, do not fry sesame paste. If you think it's troublesome to wash sesame and stir fry sesame every time, you can also wash more, once more, stir fry some spare. 2. We must put glutinous rice to make a sticky paste. I think the ratio of black sesame and glutinous rice is 2:1. 3. You can also add the right amount of peanuts or walnuts together to make it taste more fragrant and nutritious. 4.
