Braised Tofu with tomato
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: tomato, tofu, pork, agaric.
Step 2: soak Auricularia auricula.
Step 3: soak tofu in salt water, cut into small pieces and drain water before cooking.
Step 4: wash and slice the tomato, slice the pork (I used half of it), and wash the fungus.
Step 5: fry the tofu in hot oil until it is colored and put it out of the pot.
