Steamed pomfret
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Reserve raw materials.
Step 2: clean up the pomfret, remove the viscera, gills and the black membrane in the abdominal cavity.
Step 3: cut a few long cuts on the fish with a knife, and then spread salt to marinate for more than ten minutes.
Step 4: Sprinkle with shredded ginger and onion.

Step 6: steam for 15 minutes.
Step 7: pour out the soup.

Step 9: drizzle with hot linseed oil and steamed fish soy sauce.

Note: pomfret roe is poisonous and can't be eaten. It will cause diarrhea.
