Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: heat the lard in a pan.
Step 2: melt all lard and pour in 100g flour. stir.
Step 3: stir the pastry. Let it cool.
Step 4: rub the remaining 200g flour with 20g cooking oil and proper amount of water to form water, oil skin (I forgot to take a picture) and pour sesame into a bowl (my bowl is specially for grinding sesame). If not, pour the sesame directly into the food bag and roll it with a rolling pin.)
Step 5: what it looks like after grinding. If you grind it with a blender, don't take too long, otherwise the sesame will lose its taste if it is too fine.
Step 6: add 5g corn starch, 5g flour, 40g sugar, proper amount of edible oil, stir well, and knead into six small balls of the same size.
Step 7: water, oil, pastry, sesame stuffing into a small ball to be used.
Step 8: roll out the water oil skin and wrap it in the pastry.
Step 9: roll out the long strip with the water oil skin wrapped in the pastry.
Step 10: roll up.
Step 11: after all the dough is rolled up, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes.
Step 12: repeat steps 9-11 and let stand for 15 minutes. (don't worry about this step. It's all up to you if the snack is crisp.)
Step 13: flatten the rolled dough and roll it into pieces. It should be thick in the middle and thin at the edge.
Step 14: pack the sesame stuffing, squeeze the mouth tightly, and roll it into a moderate sized dough.
Step 15: brush the dough with a layer of water and dip it with sesame seeds. (haha, that strange thing is my experimental object, with black sesame chips on the outside) put it into the oven at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes
Step 16: how it looks after baking.

Note: if you want to make this dim sum a bit darker, you can brush a layer of egg liquid before dipping sesame seeds, and it will come out golden.
