Introduction:

"Today, I made this onion flavored potato pancake again. Its skin is crisp and its inside is soft and waxy, which is highly praised by Pangge's children's shoes. Be sure to eat while it's hot

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the potatoes and steam them in a steamer until they are cooked

Step 2: peel after cooling, and use a spoon to make mashed potatoes

Step 3: cut scallion

Step 4: break up the eggs

Step 5: add glutinous rice flour and stir evenly with chopsticks in the same direction

Step 6: add mashed potatoes, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and scallion, and knead into mashed potato dough

Step 7: divide the mashed potato dough into several equal sized ingredients and round them respectively

Step 8: flatten the dough into a cake shape with your palm, add oil to the pan and heat it to 70%. Put the mashed potato flour cake into the pan and fry it over medium heat

Note: like a little soft glutinous add glutinous rice flour, like to taste tough point to add flour or sticky rice flour.
