Shallot, egg and shrimp pancakes

Introduction:

"There are some crayfish in dad's refrigerator, which I caught in my grandmother's vegetable field at noon in summer when I was a child. As the saying goes, it's shrimp!"

Production steps:

Step 1: my dad peels the shrimp from the crayfish in the fridge and soak it in water. Then remove the fishy smell with oyster sauce and add chives and olive oil.

Olive oil: right amount

Oyster sauce: right amount

Note: simple and delicious, no salt, just pickled with oyster sauce under the shrimp, and then tap water to wash the oyster sauce, the original fresh!
