Black sesame cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: add appropriate amount of yellow sugar tablets into water and bring to a boil until melted.
Step 2: stir fry the black sesame in the pan.
Step 3: stir the fried black sesame into the yellow sugar water.
Step 4: pour appropriate amount of sticky rice flour into yellow sugar water.
Step 5: stir evenly with a spoon until it is thick and suitable.
Step 6: then add sesame oil to it.
Step 7: add proper amount of edible oil.
Step 8: stir well and set aside.
Step 9: put the right amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Then take a flat bottom plate and scoop in a spoonful of batter.
Step 10: cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 11: 10 minutes later, the first layer has solidified, then ladle in a spoonful to continue steaming, steaming in the same way, so the batter.
Step 12: after steaming, cool the thousand layer cake and cut it into pieces.

Sticky rice noodles: 500g

Huangtang tablets: appropriate amount

Edible oil: right amount
Note: do not spoon in the paste too thick, so steamed out too thick is not delicious. Wait for the first layer to steam, then put the second layer to steam, and so on.
