Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: dice onion, mushroom, celery and carrot, and chop black fungus;

Step 2: cook the noodles in boiling water;

Step 3: put the cooked noodles into a bowl;

Step 4: heat the oil in a hot pan, add the eggs and stir fry;

Step 5: add diced onion, diced mushroom, diced celery, diced carrot and chopped black fungus and stir fry;

Step 6: add 2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp Sufu and water to simmer;

Step 7: pour the simmered juice over the cooked noodles and sprinkle with black pepper.

Onion: right amount

Lentinus edodes: right amount

Celery: moderate

Carrot: right amount

Auricularia auricula: right amount

Eggs: right amount

Noodles: right amount

Salt: right amount

Sugar: right amount

Black pepper: moderate

Soy sauce: right amount

Sufu: moderate amount

Note: 1. Onion, celery and mushroom fragrance enough, you do not need to add spices; 2. Sufu itself has a salty flavor, add less salt.
