Production steps:
Step 1: add proper amount of water to the flour and form a dough, cover it well and wake up for 20 minutes. The hardness and softness of the dough are the same as those of dumpling making, which is slightly softer than hand rolling.
Step 2: don't knead the dough after waking up, and roll it into a large piece of 0.5cm thick with a rolling pin.
Step 3: slice.
Step 4: sprinkle a little corn starch on the cut flour to prevent sticking. Take the flour in one hand, pinch it with the other hand first, and then pull it along with the situation, just pull a piece.
Step 5: pull pieces on the chopping board at intervals. Generally, I pull them directly in the pot after boiling. That requires fast action. If you do it for the first time, you'd better try this method.
Step 6: bring the water to a boil and put in the pieces.
Step 7: cook until all the pieces float.
Step 8: take out the pieces and pour on the topping you like.
