Fried rape with Pleurotus ostreatus
Introduction:
"Fried rape with Lentinus edodes is a home-made meal. I used to order this dish when I went to a restaurant. Today, fried rape with Pleurotus edodes tastes good. In fact, no matter it's mushroom, Pleurotus ostreatus or Flammulina velutipes, as long as it's fungus food, regular consumption can promote the absorption of other food nutrients."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash mushroom and rape
Step 2: blanch Pleurotus ostreatus in boiling water
Step 3: separate stem and leaf
Step 4: cut the stem into small pieces
Step 5: slice garlic

Step 7: pour in the Rape Stalk and stir fry for a while
Step 8: pour in the rape leaves and stir fry
Step 9: then add the boiled oyster mushroom
Step 10: add salt and sugar
Step 11: stir fry evenly
