Introduction:

Step 1: soften 360g cream cheese at room temperature and add 110g sugar
Step 2: beat the cream cheese with insulating water until smooth and free of particles
Step 3: add 180g milk to cream cheese
Step 4: stir evenly with a manual beater.
Step 5: add 4 eggs or cheese liquid, stir well
Step 6: add the cocoa powder into the right amount of cheese liquid and stir evenly.
Step 7: scrape the cheese paste into the cake mold paved with oil paper in advance, pour the cocoa cheese paste on the surface, and draw the marble texture with toothpick. Put 1cm hot water into the baking tray and bake in 180 degree water bath for 40 minutes.
Materials required:
Cocoa powder: 5g
Fine granulated sugar: 110g
Eggs: 4
Milk: 180g
Cream cheese: 360g
Corn starch: 30g
8 inch cake mold: 1 piece
Precautions: 1. The oven temperature can be adjusted according to the situation of the oven; 2. The outside of the cake mold should be wrapped with tin foil to prevent water from seeping into it. 3. If you don't know whether it's baked, stick it in with toothpick and then put it out without batter; 4. After the cake is cooled, put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours to taste better; 5. Don't have too much cocoa batter, otherwise it won't have clear marble texture. I made this mistake this time. Let's improve next time.
