Crispy pizza with bacon and vegetables
Introduction:

In particular, dumpling flour is used to replace high gluten flour and low gluten flour, which is convenient for people who are not willing to buy special flour for a piece of pizza. In addition, bread machine and flour are used to make pizza crust, which is convenient for lazy people who are not willing to start mixing and kneading
Production steps:
Step 1: add water (normal temperature), olive oil, salt and sugar into the inner barrel of the bread maker;
Step 2: evenly spread and add flour, dig a small hole in the middle of flour, and put yeast powder into the small hole;
Step 3: select the "noodle" function, start the toaster and noodle for 15 minutes, take out the dough and roll it, put it into a large bowl with olive oil (except the amount), cover it with plastic film and ferment for 30 minutes;
Step 4: when the dough ferments, prepare other materials: fry the bacon in a pan without oil until it curls and scorches, then put it out and let it cool;
Step 5: blanch asparagus in boiling water with a little salt (except the amount), and then cool it in cold water for later use;
Step 6: rub the mozzarella cheese into silk and set aside (if it's silk cheese, it's not necessary); cut the bacon into small pieces and set aside; cut the virgin fruit into two pieces and set aside; cut the green pepper into rings and set aside; take out the asparagus from the water and drain it;
Step 7: after fermentation for 30 minutes, take out the dough and divide it into three (or four) portions, roll it round, cover it with plastic film and relax for 10 to 15 minutes;
Step 8: take a piece of dough and roll it into a round cake about the size of a pizza plate with a hand push or a rolling pin; (flatten the rest of the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, refrigerate it and take it as you like; take it out in advance, thaw it at room temperature, and directly push or roll it round.)
Step 9: put the round cake into the pie plate (spread olive oil on the pie plate in advance), thicken the edge slightly, and poke some small holes in the bottom of the cake with a fork to prevent deformation of the bottom of the cake during baking;
Step 10: spread Italian ketchup on the bottom of the cake, sprinkle 2 / 3 shredded cheese, put it into the oven preheated at 200 ℃, bake for 6 or 7 minutes, and take it out. (refer to my another recipe or diary for the practice of Italian ketchup)
Step 11: evenly place the bacon slices, asparagus, cherry fruit and green pepper ring in turn;
Step 12: Sprinkle the remaining 1 / 3 cheese into the oven and bake at 200 ℃ for 5 to 8 minutes until the cheese is melted or scorched, as you like.
