Poria cocos and job's tears porridge
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put Poria cocos powder into a small bowl in advance and add a small amount of water for 5 hours.
Step 2: wash job's tears in advance and soak for 5 hours.
Step 3: wash the rice in advance and soak for 5 hours.
Step 4: put the soaked Poria cocos powder, job's tears and rice into the casserole, and add appropriate amount of water.
Step 5: set the casserole on fire, boil the casserole on high fire and cook porridge on low fire.
Step 6: after the rice is cooked, put in the washed tangerine peel.
Step 7: add some rock sugar to your taste.
Step 8: stir the porridge frequently in the process of cooking. When the porridge is thick, turn off the fire and eat it.

Coix: 25g
Rice: 50g
Tangerine peel: 5g
Rock sugar: right amount
Note: Poria cocos powder is difficult to dissolve in water, use blister to make hair in advance. If you don't like sweetness, don't put rock sugar.
