Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash clams with sand.

Step 2: remove the feet of prawns.

Step 4: slice Lentinus edodes and Pleurotus eryngii.

Step 5: prepare the ingredients.

Step 6: there are several shrimps for frying. The shell of shrimps is fried in shrimp oil.

Note: Thyme grass, lemon leaf temporarily did not buy, with coriander instead. Coconut milk is used up. I bought coconut milk instead. I have a strong taste, add a few spicy millet root, very cool ~ the simple version will do with it, anyway, the taste is good.
