Production steps:

Step 1: soften the butter at room temperature and add it to the sugar powder

Step 3: sift in high gluten powder and rub it into granules

Step 4: beat the eggs into egg liquid, and add 30g egg liquid into the flour. The rest is used to brush the surface

Step 5: knead the flour into smooth dough, wrap the plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to make it hard.

Step 6: divide the dough into 2 ~ 3 portions (according to the size of the cutting board), take one portion and knead it into strips with a diameter of 2cm.

Step 7: put the noodles on the plastic film and roll them into 8cm wide and 0.5cm thick slices

Step 8: squeeze jujube paste in the middle of the dough and leave both ends blank.

Step 9: roll up the dough and wrap it in the jujube paste. The seal should be tight and face down.

Step 10: cut the long roll into equal size segments (5 ~ 6cm) and put it into the baking pan covered with oil paper.

Step 11: brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame. Oven 160 degrees, heat up and down, bake in the middle for 20 minutes.
