The taste of Guangyuan in memory: fried shredded pork with coriander
Introduction:
"Guangyuan, only the students of Beijing broadcasting university can say that. The students of other universities are called" Beiguang ". Chongqing is cooling, cold wind and cold rain. In the afternoon, I reviewed three programs and several reporter's films, and I felt dizzy. Finish work at 6 o'clock and go home to cook in the rain. The impression of coriander still stays in the autumn of 1995. When I first came to Beijing Broadcasting University to study, I ate shredded beef with coriander in a Korean restaurant. I was surprised that the coriander used as seasoning could be used as one of the main ingredients of fried dishes. The taste at that time is still fresh in my memory. Now, Beijing Broadcasting University has been renamed Communication University of China. Today's fried shredded meat with coriander is very similar to the shredded beef I ate in those years. Before fried shredded meat without oil mix, this time do coriander fried shredded meat with oil mix, found that compared with pure starch to tender some
Production steps:
Step 1: shred lean meat, cooking wine, cooking oil, starch, delicious soy sauce, white pepper, salt and mix well.
Step 2: wash the coriander, remove the root and cut into sections, and cut the bell pepper into rings.
Step 3: heat the pan to cool the oil. After the oil is hot, put the shredded meat into the pan and stir fry it.
Step 4: after the meat changes color, pour it into the coriander section and stir fry quickly.
Step 5: stir fry the pepper evenly.
Step 6: add the salt, sprinkle a little water, stir fry a few times and start the pot.

Delicious soy sauce: right amount

Note: PS: 1, meat with edible oil and starch mixed together, it seems really better than simply using starch to tender meat effect. 2. Add coriander into the shredded meat when it changes color. Coriander only needs to be turned a few times, otherwise it will not be crisp and tender when it is too old. (because of taking photos, I fried coriander a little longer this time.) 3. If you like, you can also add chicken essence, or pepper and other spices. As far as I'm concerned, coriander is delicious. Dinner in the cold wind and rain, the taste of Guangyuan in my memory - fried shredded pork with coriander.
