Fried tofu

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials, stir minced meat with salt, soy sauce, seasoning and starch

Step 2: cut the tofu into pieces, and use a knife to dig out the tofu into a small box

Step 4: heat the pan, add the oil, and fry the tofu with the seal down until the surface is golden

Step 5: turn over and fry until golden

Step 6: stir fry a spoonful of tomato sauce and oyster sauce over low heat. Add onion and diced carrot. Add water, salt, black pepper and green pepper to boil. Add tofu, boil over high heat, simmer over low heat until tofu tastes good, about three minutes.

Note: 1, tofu must choose old tofu, so easy to operate. I bought Shanshui tofu. 2. The tofu can be used for other dishes, so I use it to make soup.
