Shanxi snack -- Maifan
Introduction:
"Maifan is made of various vegetables and steamed with dry flour. It is mainly made of wild vegetables or vegetables. It is a nutritious and healthy green food, as well as a local snack with rich flavor. Shaanxi people can use alfalfa, Sophora japonica, Yuqian and other wild vegetables to make wheat rice. They can also use potatoes, eggplant and celery to make rice
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients, celery leaves with a little celery stick.
Step 2: wash and chop the celery.
Step 3: put salt in the cut celery and marinate with five spice powder for a few minutes.
Step 4: mix some corn flour in the pickled celery leaves first, and then disperse.
Step 5: mix in the flour and continue to disperse. Cover the celery leaves with two kinds of flour evenly.
Step 6: Boil the steamer over high heat, spread the celery leaves wrapped with flour evenly on the drawer cloth, cover and steam for 10 minutes.
Step 7: pour out quickly after steaming, stir with chopsticks to prevent adhesion until it is cool.
Step 8: in another pot, add oil and saute the scallions. Stir fry the rice with a small fire. (try to dry)
Step 9: make a bowl of juice: put the mashed garlic, hot pepper noodles and Chinese prickly ash noodles into a small bowl.
Step 10: add oil to the frying pan, heat the oil to 80% and pour it into a small bowl. Cool slightly and add vinegar to make a bowl of juice. Just mix a bowl of juice with rice.

Flour: a little
Corn flour: a little
Salt: right amount
Five spice powder: appropriate amount
Note: 1 wheat meal can not be mixed with corn flour, I personally want to eat more grains, so mixed with corn flour. If you want to eat more vegetables, you should eat less noodles. Some people don't fry wheat rice, but I think it tastes better. Just celery leaves is OK. I also used some sticks this time.
