Production steps:
Step 1: cold cake powder bought casually in the supermarket, 250g.
Step 2: mix a kilo of cold water and jelly powder. (usually the ordinary mineral water bottle is about a kilo of water), stir and let stand for 30 minutes.
Step 3: at this time, we'll boil the sugar. First we add a piece, then we add half a piece, almost half a bottle of mineral water. Keep the heat low for about 20 minutes. You can add a little sugar when you are about to start the pot.
Step 4: This is the boiled brown sugar pulp.
Step 5: boil 5 jin of water (that is, 10 bottles of water), then turn off the fire, pour the mixed paste into the pot and stir evenly. Then fire, then stir, about three minutes can be poured into the bowl to cool.
Step 6: This is a normal rice bowl. After cooling, button it up. It's the same as the one sold on the street. It's poured with brown sugar pulp, which looks like the taste of hometown.
