Production steps:
Step 1: cut the scallion and ginger, mix them with meat, soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce and salt.
Step 2: cook chicken soup in advance
Step 3: chop the rest of the ingredients
Step 4: take a little stuffing. Put in the wonton skin and roll it up as shown
Step 5: fold backward and pinch tightly (if you are afraid of spreading, you can dip your fingers in water and place them here)
Step 6: put the ingredients (coriander, shrimp, shallot, mustard, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, a little pepper) into the bowl. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Then put the wonton into the pot and cook it (wonton is better, it will be ready in 2 minutes)
Step 7: pour the chicken soup into the bowl and add the right amount of wonton soup, then fish in the wonton. You can eat it!
