Pork bone soup with white radish and yaozhu

Introduction:

"The white radish is very sweet, and it has a wide chest, lower Qi, clear lung and throat. It is served with Yao Zhu and squid head to pot pig bone. The soup is fresh, delicious, moistening and reducing fire."

Production steps:

Step 1: white radish, pig bone, yaozhu, squid head, mushroom, ginger

Step 2: peel the radish and roll it to pieces

Step 3: soak pig bone, yaozhu, squid head, mushroom (yaozhu need not be soaked) and slice ginger

Step 4: put pig bone, yaozhu, squid head, ginger slices, mushrooms into casserole, add about 2500 ml of water

Step 5: cook over high heat for 1 hour

Step 6: then put the radish into the pig bone soup which has been boiling for 1 hour

Step 7: continue to cook for about 20 minutes. You can turn off the heat and add salt to taste. Basically, we don't put any seasoning in the soup.

Pig bone: 350g

White radish: 600g

Mushroom: 8

Squid head: 1-2

Yao Zhu: 1

Ginger: 3 tablets

Salt: right amount
