"Turkish coffee was introduced into Turkey in the 16th century and began to be commercialized. Because of its geographical location across Europe and Asia, Turkey quickly spread coffee to the European continent. And because Turkish coffee is the best way to retain its true flavor, it has been handed down from generation to generation. Turkish coffee is a kind of coffee brewed in the original way. Many Turks, especially women, like to use the residue of Turkish coffee to predict the fate of the day. In this way, we can add some exotic mystery while drinking coffee. It's not known how effective it is to use coffee grounds for divination, but it's certain that coffee grounds have considerable medical effects and good deodorization, sterilization and anti-corrosion effects. Therefore, coffee grounds can be placed under the corner or in the refrigerator to eliminate peculiar smell and refrigerator odor, and prevent insects and ants. "
Production steps:
Step 1: at present, Turkish coffee is not common, and its taste can be divided into three flavors: bitter, Metro and gligi. The main cooking method is to use a stainless steel pot called briki to grind the coffee very fine, put it directly into the pot and cook until it boils, then turn off the fire and pour it into the cup.
Step 2: when Turks drink coffee, the residue is not filtered out. Because the coffee is very finely ground, most of the coffee powder will precipitate at the bottom of the cup when tasting. However, when drinking, they can still drink some fine coffee powder, which is also the biggest feature of Turkish coffee. Another feature of Turkish coffee is that when you drink it, you don't add any partner or milk, and when you cook it, you first add some sugar. The amount of sugar depends on your preference.
