Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: raw materials.

Step 2: cut tofu into dices.

Step 3: pour oil into wok, add onion, ginger, garlic, stir fry until fragrant.

Step 4: pour in proper amount of water, soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce.

Step 5: add tofu and stir fried minced meat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 6: saute tofu to taste, pour in water and starch to thicken.

Step 7: Sprinkle chopped green onion and drizzle with sesame oil.

North tofu: right amount

Minced meat: moderate

Onion powder: appropriate amount

Ginger powder: appropriate amount

Salt: right amount

Soy sauce: moderate

Sesame oil: appropriate amount

Oyster sauce: right amount

Note: Tofu should be stewed slowly in low heat to taste delicious.
