Raisin biscuit

Raisin biscuit

Introduction:

"Biscuits for my niece. The little guy likes them very much ~"

Production steps:

Step 1: soften raw materials and raisins with water

Step 2: beat butter smoothly, add sugar and stir well

Step 3: add the eggs a little bit and stir well

Step 4: after adding the eggs, add the soaked raisins (it is recommended to chop the raisins, otherwise it will be easy to spread when slicing later)

Step 5: after adding the raisins, add the sifted low flour and take the scraper to make the dough (my scraper has to take the rice shovel to make do on the way, and the good belt is not sticky)

Step 6: with the help of plastic bags, when making long strips, put them into the refrigerator to freeze for half an hour

Step 7: take out the slices in half an hour

Step 8: put the oven on and off the fire, 160 degrees, 15 minutes OK, depending on your oven temper
