Materials required:

Yam: one root

Blueberry sauce: 50g

Sugar: right amount

Salt: 1 / 4 teaspoon, 1g

Condensed milk: 50g

Note: 1, yam meat has a layer of white transparent mucus, if touched on the skin will be very itchy. Therefore, when cutting yams and washing yams, you must remember to bring kitchen rubber gloves. 2. Blueberry jam is diluted with water and boiled with white sugar or rock sugar. It will taste better. It's not recommended to pour blueberry jam directly on it. Color is too dark, and too thick, will form a pile of black, not very good-looking. 3. Yam mud must be pressed into a more delicate mud shape, without caking, otherwise it will block the flower mounting mouth.
