Production steps:

Step 1: cut the wax gourd into long pieces as big as mahjong, and cut a small grid with a knife on the hard side, about 1cm deep. Separate the green and white chives, and cut them into grains;

Step 8: open fire again, heat about 50% of the pot, pour in the shrimps, stir fry until seven to eight mature;

Step 9: pour in wax gourd and juice, sprinkle a few drops of sesame oil, stir fry a few times, out of the pot, sprinkle some green on the surface.

Shrimp: 10-15
