Sliced Boiled Pork with Garlic Sauce
Introduction:
"In fact, I wanted to make braised pork. I had a temporary idea that half of the meat was used to make white meat with mashed garlic."
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the meat into 5cm square pieces, wash and set aside.
Step 2: add water to the pot, put in the meat, star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, ginger, boil, meat cooked, cooked rotten.
Step 3: take out two pieces to make mashed garlic white meat, and the remaining two pieces to make braised pork.
Step 4: slice and place in a bowl.
Step 5: peel the garlic and set aside.
Step 6: pat the garlic with the back of the knife a few times, and then cut into the end.
Step 7: add soy sauce, a small amount of vinegar and appropriate amount of broth into garlic powder, mix well.
Step 8: pour it on the sliced white meat, cut some shredded pepper to decorate.
Materials required:
Streaky pork: moderate
Garlic: 1 head
Ginger: 3 tablets
Star anise: 2
Fragrant leaves: 3 pieces
Cinnamon: 1 small piece
Soy sauce: right amount
Vinegar: right amount
Note: (1) if there is garlic mortar, it's better to mash the garlic into mashed garlic. If I don't have it, I'll cut it up.
