Production steps:
Step 1: wash the anchovy, slice ginger, cut green onion and lactone tofu in a box, all ready
Step 2: wash and heat, pour in a small amount of oil and heat.
Step 3: dry the fish with kitchen paper and put it into the pot
Step 4: fry until golden brown on both sides, cut off, sprinkle with yellow rice wine, add appropriate amount of water, and add ginger slices at the same time, and start to cook.
Step 5: start a big fire. That's the fire
Step 6: after about 4-5 minutes, the soup is milky white.
Step 7: in this 4-5 minutes, prepare tofu. Just put tofu in the box and use a small knife to make a grid as shown in the figure
Step 8: pour the prepared tofu into the Milky soup
Step 9: cook for a few more minutes, add salt and scallion, it's OK. ha-ha

Note: when adding water, don't add too much, because tofu will produce more water.
