Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Materials
Step 2: soak raisins and cherries in brandy for 1 hour

Step 13: roll up
Step 14: make an olive shape about 20 cm long
Step 15: put in the baking pan and ferment for 30 minutes
Step 16: dough rising
Step 17: cross the surface and ferment for 10 minutes
Step 18: spray water on the surface, put into the oven, middle layer, heat 190 ℃, heat 160 ℃, bake for about 20 minutes
Step 19: the surface is golden and comes out of the oven

Note: if raisins and cherries are not soaked in wine, they need to be chopped, sprayed with water and baked to prevent the skin from being too hard. The fermentation time was adjusted according to the degree of awakening.
