Tofu meatballs
Introduction:
"Simple, nutritious and hygienic recipes are suitable for hot pot in winter."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the old tofu. (the bean curd can be directly crushed by hand after washing)
Step 2: mince the lean meat. You can chop it yourself or chop it in the market. (try to break it up as early as possible, or it will separate when cooking)
Step 3: put minced meat, bean curd and scallion in a bowl, add salt (according to personal taste, I suggest to put as little as possible, if not enough, you can dip in the taste plate to eat) and add raw powder. Put more raw powder (it's not easy to separate when cooking), and then grasp it well by hand.
Step 4: knead the minced meat into a round shape. I'm not good at kneading. It's different in size. I'll set it up for later use.
Step 5: you can put the balls into the hot pot or soup. I put them in the chicken soup according to my preference. It's more nutritious to cook in high soup
