Production steps:
Step 1: add salt and pepper to the minced mud carp and stir clockwise to form a gel. [I chopped it myself. I used four dace to chop a kilo of pure meat of dace. If you don't know how to chop, you can ask the blender to do it for you
Step 2: dice lotus root.
Step 3: cut the scallion.
