Today, I would like to introduce small bitter fruit. Small bitter fruit belongs to the shrub family Solanaceae. It is also known as mountain eggplant and bitter fruit. It is cool in nature and bitter in taste. It has the functions of clearing away heat and toxin, anti inflammation and throat. "White flowers cluster, many descendants, a fruit a pill, cold nature, bitter taste, cooking is not afraid of oil pot" refers to the small bitter fruit
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare some small bitter fruits. (looks like a pea)
Step 2: pick up the bad fruit and wash it in the water.
Step 3: control the water content of the washed fruit.
Step 4: heat the frying pan, add some oil and heat it.
Step 5: pour in the bitter fruit and fry.
Step 6: stir fry until the fruit turns white.
Step 7: put the fried bitter fruit into the plate and pour in some soy sauce.
Step 8: add a little salt and mix well.

Note: like to eat spicy, you can put in some chili powder.
