Bean curd with tomato sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare ingredients: tomato, bean curd, lean meat.
Step 2: wash and chop lean meat, wash tomato, peel and slice, soak tofu and slice.
Step 3: heat the pan, add proper amount of cooking oil, add minced meat and saute until fragrant.
Step 4: pour down the tomatoes and stir fry until the sand comes out.
Step 5: pour in the bean curd and stir fry evenly.
Step 6: pour in water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 7: cook until the soup is slightly dry, add salt and chicken powder.
Step 8: add abalone juice, stir well, then shovel up.

Tofu: 100g
Tomatoes: 2
Minced meat: 80g
Salt: right amount
Oil: right amount
Chicken powder: a little
Abalone juice: 1 tbsp
Water: 1 bowl
Note: try to keep some soup after cooking, so that you can eat it smoothly. Just soak the tofu until soft, and add a little onion or coriander.
